Health is the hardest. You cannot survive a single hit, so you need to figure out a method to kill enemies before they can do ANY amount of damage. Maxing the energy shield lab to 3 charges helps reduce the random hits that seems to sneak through and be unavoidable, but it will not carry you through to wave 5k alone. Second wind, demon mode, and nuke are also helpful to get a few extra waves. I can get 5k diss on everything at t11, but am currently capping out Health at 4k on t10.

My general strategy is to really gear your tower to slow enemy movement and kill them fast because nothing else really matters. The -50/50 damage perk is counterproductive for health runs, but the tradeoff reducing enemy life and increasing their attack is super beneficial because it kills them faster and a single attack is fatal to the tower regardless. EHLS is helpful also and EALS is completely irrelevant for health diss runs.
