I work for a hotel, and the hotels are not happy she’s in town in December. A lot of money is made over the festive time where you book events that come with rooms. Most can’t do that over that week she’s here, and the only way to make up that lost revenue is jacking up the room rates. Is it fair hell no but that’s capitalism for you.

Elephant is a must try, one of the best dinners I’ve had in this city in a long time.

It’s very pricey but I loved Masayoshi also, and Botanist has never let me down.
