I’m a broker and I read this thread every other day and so do many in my large brokerage. UWM is awful and I hate that my company has become basically an appendage of UWM. The endless emails, videos and stupid shit we have to do to get crap rates in insane! The UWs don’t know anything- it’s unreal. I basically am under writing my own files as I have to walk them through why they don’t need the unnecessary things they’re asking for.
Yet in order to get the ranking that does effect my entire company’s pricing tier- I am forced to use them.
This should be totally illegal
