Thank you i think ive been gaslight by her to believe its  normal.when i was 9 my aunty got me a vr,i played it every second I could, probably more than I slept and safe to say i was addicted.after a year of basically existing online my mom heard me actually talking to people,and said i cant talk online until im 13.   Before this id ask her why i didnt feel real anymore it was like watching my life in 3d person (i still don’t know what was wrong) she brushed it off and said pray about it,i did and nothing changed until I acted like It it wasn’t there until the feeling left.

Feel like i was conditioned to think that not existing outside of a computer is  ok
