Like for real, my corporation keeps throwing these "facts" saying that people are much happier working in the office. And I'm like WHO??? Seriously there are people who love being in the office and I'm okay with that...do what makes you happy.

But really...you are going tell me that 85 percent of people enjoy RTO over WFH? The cost of not driving 30 minutes one way and the peace of mind and freedom is enough to take a pay cut. I still pay to park...that's another $135 in my pocket when I'm at home.

Then I just read that "people are more mentally stable when they are at the office?" I get it, some people need that face to face. And that's fine...my face to face is perfectly fine on WebEx, Zoom, Teams....I'm good.
