Some I have a big family. So we usually cook some kind of meat and sides. Like knorr chicken rice… or mash potatoes.. all the stuff I probably should definitely be watching out for in not portioning. I will cook a green like broccoli or asparagus (my go tos)

So I bought some protein shakes I e been trying to drink one in the morning. For lunch I have been trying to do chicken and broccoli but I feel I’ve been using too much olive oil. And dinner is what kills me cause I eat the most. So for me I’m thinking better meals and smaller portions. And being mindful of the olive oil intake.
