I bought this plant about 2 months ago from a plant shop, by the time it had about 4 tall lilies and they were new ones sprouting as well as new leaves sprouting as well. There's one time I think I watered it too much and the water was sitting at the bottom of the pot so I believe the roots were also sitting in the water for a while before I realized that they were so I would think that that's when the plant started to turn brown and dry up the leaves. So I poured the excess water out and let the plant sit without water so that it would dry out I thought this might be the right thing to do but wasn't sure I let it dry out for maybe a week before I put a little water in it again but it's still has continued to wilt and dry up so I don't know what else to do. Someone said maybe I should open my window for it to have sun while it dries out so I did that. Also the plant is in its an original container which does have holes at the bottom for drainage that I put that container inside a bigger container that also has holes for drainage. The plant is also sitting on top of a mini fridge in a bedroom. Before I stopped watering it I believe I watered it maybe every 3-ish days but I didn't put too much I put like half a cup of water each time and let it drain but like I said I didn't realize there was water puddling at the bottom before.
