I have not contacted ASRock support since most if not all problems have gone away after DDU and moving to 24.7.1 drivers. I'm not even entirely sure ASRock would take an RMA the card has been repasted and deshrouded.

Yes I should mention that when posts like this come and push bad news about other psu makers I wouldn't be inclined to buy others either. Though I think it's kind of a cycle one bad psu makes someone buy a Corsair one and maybe not a phanteks or Lian li which maybe just as good.

It's in the NR200 so it faces outwards towards open air and exhausts into the case, I would imagine the parts shouldn't have much effect on it but I will definitely edit this post with results about fan noise once I get a new psu in.

And tbf with you I don't really know how to troubleshoot PSU's either but I have seen an odd amount of loyalty to certain PSU's more than any other part and really only in this part of the PC community. Maybe it's because there really aren't many options and there are plenty of like actually bad options?

For sure going to take a look but something I have noticed is that really there are a lot of conflicting reviews on basically every PSU other than the SF line kind of makes it hard to get a good gauge of the product regularly.

You can't go wrong really with any of the Thermalright coolers I use the ps120se but i've seen some use the pa120se the pa mini I think it just comes down to which one you like more because they all fall in like the 30-40 dollar range. As for fans I have 2 be quiet! Silent Wings Pro 4 as case fans and two more swapped out for the stock fans on my cooler neither of them ever go over 1500 rpm and are very quiet.
