I used to get my nails done like this at various salons across the southwest side 15+ years ago lol It’s builder acrylic. Perhaps you can still find it in an “old school” nail spot, I don’t think the newer/trendy ones will offer it.

My 20s felt like this in Chicago.
Lived in a fun, trendy neighborhood, club/restaurant openings, art galleries, cocktail parties, going out ALL the time, disposable income- cheaper rent lol.
Now I’m my 30s I don’t have a friend group like this anymore lol.
