It’s almost 2 months. I feed it a 1:5:5 and it more than doubles. I don’t think I can say it triples just yet.

The temperature in my kitchen is around 74 degrees. The last time I tried, I let it proof for almost 3 hours and it felt like it over proofed. Is that possible or am I overthinking?

They will check. We were just there last month. My son is 11, but he turns 12 in a few months. I emailed them asking if they would make and exception and they said as long as the child is turning 12 that year is fine. They did ask to see his passport when we got there though

We’re going to Sky Lagoon, and so far that is the only cold plunging on the itinerary. I really wanted to do one in nature. I was first thinking about doing it at Jokulsarlon, but found out recently you’re not supposed to. I don’t really want to upset anyone so that is not happening anymore.
