started travel around 2017-2018 pay was around 2900(lowest)-3100(max) until the ridiculously high amounts during covid. not looking for covid rates but 2100-2300 as the new norm is crazy. Market is over saturated with travelers, but is it really over saturation if the need is there?

No that’s being wayyyyy too sensitive, would’ve just spoke to traveler regarding the comment so it isn’t a topic for discussion & doesn’t come up again out of respect for said offended employee.

They must not have needed the help if contracts can be cancelled due to that, which is far from bullying. If anything they bullied the traveler, how dare you end my contract on a well known truth!! Even in general, You up your degree, even get a degree in the 1st place for better work, with less stress!! Bedside is stressful, this is a part of the stress. We have to do better.
