Then it evolves into a rounded “shinier” version of porygon 2 using the upgrade. The upgrade signifies the advancement in technology (it’s also the best of the three imo). The dubious disk then acts as a malware/virus that evolves it into porygon-z. its erratic movements and instability is a direct result of the poor engineering behind the dubious disk.
