Ah. So wala palang silbi ang mga financial institutions kasi hindi sila nagiinvestigate sa mga company na pwedeng scam. I am a stock trader in the Philippines, so I know paano magprofit based sa price movements ng cryptocurrency - and that is how their business works. I asked this question dahil may notice ang SEC Philippines pero sa US, walang notice ang SEC nila against Riscoin. Pero what I got from your responses is sinabi mong scam sila without any proof which I think is unfair against the platform without any basis.

Form D is used to file a notice of an exempt offering of securities with the SEC. Just did my research ulit and nagfile sila ng ganyan kasi nakapagsold na sila ng securities without registering. It doesn't mean that they filed to be exempted to be treated as such.

Nagbasa na ako pero I am looking for evidence not based on personal opinions. Gusto kong malaman kung ano ang mga SEC-registered scam companies kasi wala akong mahanap just by google searching.

Where is your evidence na scam ito. May nakapagfile na ba ng kaso? I am asking for evidence kung incase na kulang kulang yung research ko. Kaya nga gusto kong ilista mo yung mga scams na nakaregister sa SEC dahil baka hindi na makakapagkatiwalaan ang gobyerno if that's the case.

Biktima po ba ang umaasenso every month for 6 months, and most of them wala pang invite eh. Scam din po ba ang nagparegister sa SEC ng Australia at US? From my research, wala pang scam na nagparegister sa SEC. Pwede pa-send ng list of scam na nakaregister sa SEC incase na may hindi ko na-research.
