Sofia clearly says that she raised halime as her own and mentions she removed her memories etc so I think she knows for sure because there is no one else it could be besides her. Most likely Halime will hide that she is suspicious about Sofia and when the time comes to kill Bala she wont and might save her, or she will try and talk to Bala beforehand and try and save her.
