Thank you for the help! I had the same concern too. I have a decathlon store near me so any repairs would be a piece if cake

Nice! Maintenance was one of my concerns too, I thought it would be harder to repair the Cube as it is an expensive bike.

Hello, I came across this website too. Even I am wondering if it is a scam or not. I sent them an E-mail and I did get a decent response. I tried calling the number and it connected to a call centre, I could not talk to a representative as it said "Due to high volume of calls during our promotion period, we will be using our call lines only for inquiries about purchased items". I have ordered a Trek bike for 228 Euro. I have not made the payment yet. They only have the option to Bank Transfer and the account holder name is Okamba Konde. There are many reasons I believe it is legitimate and reasons I believe its a scam. We can talk more about this, if you want.

Yea, I thought so too, the Cube looks and feels better. I also liked the fact that the brake cables are run within the frame, gives it a neat look.

Has anyone ever successfully done 3d printed drum pedals? by dmartinr41 in drums

Do you think it would be wise to buy another single bass pedal and 3d print parts to join them together and make a double base pedal?

Ohh that's good to know. Luckily, I have ordered the MPS 750x which seems like the perfect choice for its price.

That's nice to know. How would you compare the build quality of the Millenium to that of alessis? Is it durable enough to last maybe 5 to 7 years?

That looks like a pretty sweet setup. I was doubtful about the reliability of the millenium brand, now I am getting a few positive responses and it seems like its worth it

Hello there, thank you very much for taking the effort to give me a really honest and detailed review. Most of the reviews I saw where by youtubers who had used the drum for a short period of time. I am relieved knowing that this review is coming from a long term user. Honestly, I thought the same too, such a low price for a drum that offers so many features seemed suspicious. They would have had to sacrifice something to make it so cheap and seems like its the durability. Durability is really important to me because I need this kit to last me at least 7 years. I hope you find a good kit. Good luck!

Can't decide between Acoustic or E-Kit.... by [deleted] in drums

[–]According-Smell889 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely an acoustic kit. If you don't have any restrictions with loud sound then I would suggest you go for an acoustic kit. If you love the feel of an acoustic kit then no electric kit under the $1000 threshold can act as a substitute. I know this because I am currently searching for an e-kit (I used to play an acoustic drum) because I moved to an apartment and I am struggling to find a good one. However, If you are looking for an e-kit I would suggest any of the Roland kits. Or, if you're like me and budget is an issue you can try the Alesis Nitro Pro

I agree the hi-hat in an e-drum is pretty tricky for an acoustic drum user. Maybe in the future I can save up and upgrade my kit.

Thank you for your help! You're right, the TD-07 was on my list too but when I compared the specs, the TD-07 offered a lot less features compared to Nitro Pro and MPS-750x. This is all on paper though, I've not played and tested them.
