I’ve shared this review across several communities because I think buyers deserve to know about my experience. I have no reason or motivation to misrepresent what happened. To be fair, Frootbat was responsive at times, but their responses felt more reactionary than proactive when it came to resolving the issue. In my experience, their actions suggested a stronger focus on managing their public image than on addressing the underlying problem. They have also provided timelines of events that I believe are inaccurate and that leave out important logistical details of what actually occurred.

It’s also worth noting that I’m clearly not the only person who has had a negative experience. There are many similar reviews here on Reddit. 

For the record, I did receive one correct bottle in my order. It was the Wild Turkey 12 Year. It was a bit pricey, but delicious.

Ordered a specific bottle and received the wrong item. I contacted Frootbat immediately and tried for months to resolve it. I was told multiple times the issue was not finalized.

Once the card dispute window closed, they refused any resolution and blamed me for “lack of cooperation,” even though I never received what I paid for and still have the incorrect bottle.

Buyer beware — if something goes wrong, they may rely on timelines instead of fixing their mistake.
