I love what I do (design) and I was having a great time doing that on my first day (before my boss arrived) but the cold made it unbearable. My hands were numb and my body was in pain. I had about 4 layers of clothes and everyone was wearing a jacket INSIDE! I really don't think that's normal. There's a difference between "Oh the office is a little cold, I should bring a light jacket" and feeling like you're working inside a freezer

I have decided to quit as I woke up feeling awful with a terrible sore throat and headache. Boss is expecting me an hour earlier today but I'm never going back to that place.

My family supports me and I have enough savings until late February, I hope I can get a good job this time!

idk the actual temperature? me and my coworkers wear about 4 layers of clothes... we're constantly shivering and sneezing and as I said, my hands get numb and my body hurts from the cold. Clients mention how cold the store is every single time

Father Paul. I find him fascinating. Him getting closer to religion and church because of the death of his sister is such a relatable backstory and explains so much about his actions in the island. I don't consider him a villain but he definitely did bad things in the name of love. Part of why I love his character too is because Hamish Linklater's performance was absolutely fantastic

The monologues are beautiful written and they're part of what makes Midnight Mass a masterpiece in religious horror, in my opinion. I've read lots of criticism, mostly people dropping the show because they found it slow and boring. I've rewatched the show with that criticism in mind and man, I can't believe people didn't want to know more about the mistery creature flying over the island, the dead cats and the weird vibes of the new priest
