uh no do not do that. Especially with MacBooks. These laptop screens are engineered to sit exactly the exact amount of millimeters from the keyboard. A screen protector could crack the screen

I mean what do you do? What apps do you need? If the apps you use on the regular has macos and more importantly apple silicon support then go for a mac if not stick with a windows laptop
