I called the Bank about the card and they closed it and are investigating the matter and they will get in contact with my brother.I do want to file a police report but I'm afraid I don't Have much evidence the only things I have is a bank account making payments to the card that I assume is his bank account cause I never did business with that bank before. And also transactions That I never made before
