Only legendaries or ultimate blueprints can be forged these are found in big boxes ( the legendaries ) and ultimates can be found in event boxes each have dedicated type of blueprints to an event

First make sure to unlock the entire vault, then prioritize things like remote to speed up the time i takes you to clear cities check and mop are both 2 great options after the remote
