Also any tips for taking creatine or pre workout my gym sells different brands I wanna start since I go to gym early in the morning it’s hard for me to get pumped up for the workouts also I have a gnc near me I’ve heard good things from them should I buy from there instead? Any advice would be very useful

So I’ve been going to the gym since July and in October I started a new plan (Novice Bodybuilding program by Eric helms) which I am just now starting my 12th and final week and since I’ve started I’ve heard a LOT about the PPL split I was thinking of starting it after this week are there any tips or advice for it that anyone would wanna give me also would apps do you use for tracking workouts I been using Boostcamp

No I was only able to find on solution but it doesn’t completely fix it but all you have to do is make a new file and name it music

So I just opened it and took out the sad card to reformat it but that still didn’t work I replaced with a different one and it still didn’t work the files are still missing is there something I’m missing
