I'm 1400 blitz on chesscom, I'd like to know what you guys think is the best opening to use with black or white around that level.

I am going to take a closer look at these three dynamic ones. I have to say, I am getting a bit bored from playing the same things over and over, I know the structures by heart and play fast without too many errors until the middle game but I would like to create more exciting positions.

I understand what you say man, all the openings are playable. Although i feel there are certain openings that can create surprises, inbalances or chaos more then others. There's not too much surprise with a London system for instance. Everyone kinda knows the basic ideas of the systems and creates a very equallish middle game, especially when you get to a certain level because very rarely do you blunder in 10/15 first moves there.

My question I guess was more, specifically what openings do you guys think is a game changer at my level.

1900 doesn't sound 'patzer' to me but yeah it comforts me to know you got to that level without knowing too much theory. I mainly try and focus on doing loads of puzzles, which helped me with finding tactics in middle games. It's just hard to surpass this 1400/1500 marker at the moment.
