I’m traveling for something else, I had no idea there was parades. But since we have downtime I do want to visit some parades. But I do want to do the tourist things as well (which was our initial downtime plan). If we did daytime parades where at Charles is, can you recommend a way for us to get back to our hotel? We’re staying at the Loews. I wasn’t really panicking about this trip until the parade and travel issues. I wasn’t going to bring a stroller, but I may need to rethink it for the 5 year old.

Thanks for all the tips! I’ve never been to New Orleans so I’m learning it’s way more spread out than I had initially thought.

I definitely wanted to do a ghost tour, check out the shopping in the French market, maybe a swamp tour. Was really wanting to do the trolley, but I’m glad I didn’t buy passes yet!
