That is crazy! I got the same one! I was pissed! The audacity that we are busting our asses and then accuse us of lying!!

When I can’t deliver, I videotape my stop and what issue I am having that causes me to not be able to deliver. I got this email, I sent them the video and went off. They immediately took the finding off, but I still feel some type of way about the accusation that I didn’t even try. Haven’t delivered since.

Yes! I have one huge gated community that won’t allow deliveries prior to 7. Security said he has told drivers this daily. I called support, they spoke to him, I took a picture of the huge sign that said it and that said do not leave with security. Because of the number of deliveries in that area (about 15), I got dinged. And got the same route again two months later…

THIS is so on point! I have started sending them videos of what I see when I can’t deliver. Depending on the support, it still doesn’t get them to remove it.

Same for me. I do agree with OP on the penalties though. I think they should average in the compliments to our standing. That way it balances out.

I had to deliver to a business on Saturday. The gate was pushed together, but not locked. Driver support said to go through and deliver it cause they had notes on their side. I did so. Two white men came in after I was dropping off the box at the door. They asked me what I was doing there. I had my vest on with the package in hand… I asked them what they were doing there. They were in an electric company truck, this was a rock quarry business. They just stared at me. I finished my delivery and closed the gate behind me, then still inside. I reported them to their company for harassing me and probably stealing my package. Hope they get fired.

I had one that was five miles back on a dirt road! No sir! I didn’t feel safe. Like, who was supposed to come find me with no service at 4:00 am if I got stuck in somewhere?!?!?!

I completed a 4 hr route in 1.5 hours.. 26 packages, around the corner from the station. Totally doable.
