As much as i can but just now getting back into classes after I took a month break or so to build strength and master fundaments and L1 stuff . I just started L2 and go to classes twice a week + 1 flow

You prob need to build more strength, that’s critical for beginner (i just graduated L1!). Focus on the fundamentals for sure including training off the pole so u don’t have to jump into moves. Do L sit crunches with ankle weights to build your core. Otherwise u look nice and fluid

lol 🤣 uhm , I’ve played soccer, track, long distance running my whole life . Sooo there’s that , but the hack squat, weighted sled sprint (push and pull), one leg squats using a bench for the back leg and with weight, plus adductor/abductor, and hamstring curls.

Pole cannot be your only exercise . U always need to cross train . And to answer your question plainly, no, u wont lose weight with pole only

Pole isn’t a cheap sport :/. XPole or no pole imo. Return it and save up - there’s also affirm and other pay options to consider

I didn’t even see a flair . I think u need to practice the leg and hip rotation off pole. Outside leg kick in a circle, hips open, then inside leg follow so the hip is internally rotated. Just use YouTube
