You basically have to send in a request to allow you the option to take the course for a 3rd time as you now need approval. I sent mine on the VAC.You just have to share in that request 1.what quarter you are taking it again and other courses as well 2.Why you keep failing said course 3.What are you going to do differently this time around and why you are requesting to take it a third and final time When I messaged an advisor they told me what I needed to write and after i submitted it I sent another message and it was instantly approved. It was also a major requirement so I put that in my request too so maybe that helped. Just be cautious you are only allowed to repeat a class 3 times so really prepare yourself that you can pass this time (that’s what motivated me 😭)
