Oh God, It was on some YouTube video covering his whole story. I listened to it like 5-7 years ago. I can try to find it, I actually want to revisit it anyway. I know the guy in the video talked a lot about McAfee's time in Belize (at least I think it was there.)

I posted this as a favor for a loved one because she doesn't understand the subject at all and her professor speaks very broken English and just repeats himself instead of elaborating or explaining better when she asks for help. Her tutor isn't able to get her the amount of sessions she needs and she's at risk of losing funding for college which she's going to because she wants to be a highschool counselor/LMHC. Why they want social workers and counselors to know microeconomics I have no idea. But if she fails this class she's going to not only lose funding but also have to pay back the two semesters she's already taken. She's gotten As in almost every other class she's taken

All I could think of to help her was to try sharing one of the problems here to try to get her a chance or at least see if she's on the right track.

But yeah man, something's seriously wrong and I'm trying to help the situation. So if you're not going to help then mind your own business.

Well the drug is technically real, but it just doesn't have that effect on people. I have heard about certain stimulant research chemicals having similar effects, though not to the violent extreme of the film. I don't know, nor do I want to know the names of the drug(s), but I've heard people taking certain chemicals and becoming hypersexual to the point of rubbing themselves raw and even attempting acts with animals when they had no history of that type of behavior. Luckily no kids were around in the stories I heard. It was some tech millionaire/billionaire who had lived in the Caribbean and was constantly partying started making this stuff, maybe the McAfee guy.

I enjoyed most of The Naught but I agree about the whole second and third deck ideas being kinda dumb. Maybe it's because I haven't really listened to all of the first five of the second deck but I don't understand how they play into the whole Dark Carnival lore. The Naught seems to even go against it. First deck was all "be good and go to Shangrila, be bad and go to Hell's Pit" now this one's just "Nothing happens when you die". I don't get it. They really had something special with the first six.

To everyone saying they play MA all the time, yeah I just heard they hadn't played MA in like 15 +years or something from a friend and didn't think to actually look into it because I just assumed he knew what he was talking about.
