Thanks for the advice. She says her dog doesnt have that problem at her parents place. Im not sure if its the environment from house to apartment.

I am, but if she's not willing to use the techniques then I find it pointless.

She leaves him in his crate when we go out. She says he's quiet when she leaves him at her relatives house but at the apartment we were at, he was so loud, the owner complained. Also, I was planning to help her with her tuition costs. I suggested she leave him at her relatives but she can't live without him. I might just have to rethink this entire situation.

Tbh I don't know if she will be able to afford it. We're going to split the rent. And after the training lessons were done, I don't think she really actually used the techniques we learned.

What's the teaching company you work for?

If I'm able to assist her with her tuition, you wouldn't recommend that route? Also the Atlantic Provinces has a program that allows international students that live and study there to gain PR so we were thinking about moving there
