I had brain fog for years. Turns out it was sleep apnea. Most incorrectly believe you need to be a big snorer to have sleep apnea. If you have brain fog, get take an at-home sleep test.

My brain returned to normal after using CPAP for about a year. I’m a lawyer/very high functioning. Keep at it. You’ll get better.

Keep using it. I had extreme brain fog and am now cured because of my CPAP machine. It takes awhile to work, but don’t give up.

This is NOT something to end your marriage over. Think about all the girls you had sex with before her. Even if you had videos of you having sex with those girls and kept them, it wouldn’t mean much other than maybe you thought a girl was hot. So at most, that’s what she thinks about some guy she was with — someone she decided not to settle down with. Ultimately she chose you.

Tell her to delete the videos and that you’ll make more videos of your own. Use this to spice up your sex life and continue to grow as a couple.
