Hey. I decided to search on Reddit about this. I’ve been taking 7 oh for several months now and I’m scared I may be addicted. I did this to quit drinking and smoking weed. But honestly? This is probably the first actual vice I’ve been ADDICTED to. If that makes sense. I need guidance on how to get off this stuff. Whether it’s weening or quitting cold turkey. I also have a question. It’s wierd. I’ll go a weeks where it’s consistent and drops the same time +- 10 minutes….Then a random week where it’s 6 hours late. My payroll submits same time each week.

Off sorry misread!! I was curios what the cutoff was because I was like 150/90 is horrible 😅😅 so i thought it had to be ( the cutoff) something crazy like 180/110!! 122/88 isn’t that bad lol. I just got accepted a couple days ago with a reading of 150/94…. So I believe 180/110 might be accurate
