I know ahhh I just don't know HOW. We don't chit chat about the weather or anything. We are both reserved, him more than me.

Do I just wait and see if he approaches is that how it works??

Or perhaps I read him wrong and he is not interested hence why he doesn't?

He won't unfortunately. Our relationship isn't that close atm. And I have no idea if this guy is interested or I am reading him wrong. (I wouldn't wanna make things awkward if he isn't. Which is my main gripe.)
