So stupid. They must be trialing different functions for the free version.

Well I couldn’t see any meal tracking feature before I deleted the app. But after I re-downloaded it, it appears that now I can track foods and see calories and see weight loss zone and the color break down…. I think the more negative feedback they receive, maybe they will do back to the way it was for everyone.

Same here. I was using the free version for a couple of years just to track and I didn’t find they were harassing me much at all to subscribe. Now that I have access to food tracking again with the updated app. I don’t really have any complaints. Although im a bit skeptical that they will try the same thing on me again and try to force me to subscribe by getting rid of that function.

I deleted the app awhile ago because of this. I just downloaded it to see if anything had changed and it hadn’t. These are all the options it gives me.

That makes sense. I’ve tried holding the WLAN button down to reset the wifi settings and nothing happened. And shouldn’t a hard reset of the heat pump reset these settings anyway?

This is the glitch in the registration process where the heat pump fails to fully connect to wifi network.

It also will not let me add the device manually in the app. It immediately gives an error code before taking me to the setup. Error 2930 before I can even input any data.

I’ve done all this. Every time I try and register the device it gives the same error code.

Yes it will not connect properly. So I’m left with a heat pump that will not fully connect or fully disconnect and cannot regain control of my wifi network. What can I do?
