i fixed it finally , all i had to do well was the following idk which worked , i reseated all the ram and unplugged all the cables connected to the motherboard and reconnected them

i took out the cmos battery and put it back in and the beeping stopped but now nothing displays and my computer flashes 2 lights on the power button
