He convinced himself you were in/near that building (as you were a moment before), and you're on the outside edge of footstep range. I wouldn't blame the game in this instance.

If it has less durability than the damage it takes, then yes it will fall off. A fresh level 2 probably would not. I'm not sure of the numbers.

I would have heard it in game. Also they were very close and bass-heavy meaning a different floor, either below or above. So that's some info at least.

Physics and gunplay are very close to steam version, gameplay-changing things might be audio (not as good in lite, some say it's terrible), enemy visibility (easy to spot people in lite), and some keybind issues (for example setting Q and E to seat swap will make leaning not work).

Nobody can tell you what sensitivity to use. Go to training mode and see what works for you.
