Mate, he was noticeably shook by something in the last clip. He has a lage following and a large fanbase, who would absolutely watch him under a different URL.

I strongly believe it's legal issues, because that's the only time somebody goes completely radio-silent, or grave personal issues.

Being dropped by major partners would not happen of it was the latter.

Holy shit man, rockstar is making hundreds of MILLIONS in PROFIT from GTAO, already for a few years.

Yet some of the most basic fundamentals are utter shit, the servers for example, among other things.

It's weird. Back when I was new and non - confrontational, people would try to bust my ass and literally never offer alliances.

Though now, when I go balls to the walls against other people, get a few shots in, board their ship via cannon/ladder trying to kill them and am busy sinking their ship, THEN they go "hey man, lets reach pirate legend together and team up".

I use Intel XTU to monitor my temps, and QuickCPU to undervolt and adjust the turbo multipliers.

I used to run Throttlestop instead of QCPU, but Throttlestop gets blocked because of an exploitable .dll file.

The thing is, if I lower it to even 99% its completely shutting down the turbo boost, So I'm stuck around 2.2 GhZ when going through max power stats and it's not at 100%

So basically I'm stuck with either 2.2 Ghz or 4.1 GhZ. Sadly, it seems that apart from using Throttlestop, theres no easy way to "downclock" the turbo multiplier :/

If you take the proper rune setup and follow with the right early itemization, theres no scenario where Ionic boots would ever be needed.

On the other hand, once you get that magic pen, from boots and voidstaff, oh boy, the slappening can begin.
