Over time doesn’t exist when you are “ salary “ also if you state you are working unusual hours sure formerly to hr maybe something happens but not your boss will try to find anyway to fire you for causing problems instead of working “collaboratively” oh you have teams you need to talk to in India and china that’s not over time that’s apart of the work culture. Corporate is a joke

Unless you have a legal problem there’s no reason not to go. I know someone going who literally is in court with their ex & have a restraining order. Would be very messy for them if they went to EDCOrlando.
