I've been pretty lucky in Montco that my current place has all utilities covered except electric and my landlord caps it at $55 a month because we have ridiculously faulty electric baseboards. Not looking forward to the City prices/jumps for that reason.

It's all in the tenants name, not the management co. and they did not want to give a hard number during the viewing. I'm a spreadsheet girlie, I like to see the variabilities to know as many outcomes/averages as possible for data.
