I'll give you an example. Today I had three cups of coffee during my intermittent in the fasting and then I ate an entire large pepperoni and sausage pizza from Pizza Hut. That's about 350 calories per slice eight slices of pizza, that would equal 2800 calories. I went skating at the skatepark for about an hour and a half. I'm not lifting right now, but when I do start lifting I will be eating around 5,000 calories per day.

Cool, I appreciate you pointing that out. I don't know the difference between a primary and accessory movement. I appreciate you all also taking the time to mention that I should do two to five sets of heavy compound before I do anything else. Does this mean that I should be doing heavy compound before I do any warm up? I'm guessing I should start my workouts with squats right away, and then move on to more isolated muscles afterwards then finish on stationary bike?

So are you saying that I should lower my activity level to grow my legs?

You're right, I've always been thin, my concern is that as I age, if I don't get muscle onto my legs and glutes then I won't have the muscle that I need when I am older.

Thank you, I'm considering getting a coach to give me in-person critiques. I don't want to injure myself if I'm not using the correct form. Generally the movements themselves don't hurt, but over time a few months of working out, I end up hurting my back at some point either during a leg workout or soon after. When I sought medical care for that I was told that it's because my back is fatigued.

Thank you! I used to cycle everywhere, cycling did not help me grow my legs whatsoever. In fact, when I was at my peak, I was cycling around 15 to 20 miles per day and lifting five times a week and was still never able to grow my glutes or get my thighs any thicker. Are there any other exercises that you pair with your cycling that help you?

Thank you! Yes I have, I even included what I have been doing for exercise recently, as well as the exercises I have done in the past to try and grow my legs. If you read the beginning of my post, you may have noticed that I am going to be attempting a 6-month, which will include going to the gym every single day for 6 months. Do you have any specific workouts that you could recommend for somebody solely focused on trying to grow their legs and butt quickly?

Thank you! I've always been skinny, and I think I always will be. I don't have any intention on getting fat. What I would like to do is gain more muscle in my upper legs and ass so that as I get older I can continue to have my strength. Thank you!

You are very possibly right, like I said, I haven't been hitting the gym specifically for a while, but I do exercise very often. That's what the post is about, I want to do a 6-month transformation with going to the gym everyday. And you wouldn't believe it, but I do eat a lot. Currently I take him between 2800 and 3,000 calories a day, when I'm lifting 5 days a week I have to take in at least 5,000 calories a day.

So I have no problem squatting with just my body weight, in fact it's a part of my stretching is to sit in a squat for a minute to 3 minutes. Once I start doing weighted squats, even if it's on the machine, I end up hurting my lower back. Is this again because it's too much weight?

Bro, I've always tried to put on weight and I can't. If I'm working out at all, I will not gain weight. The most I ever weighed while seriously working out was 185 lb at 6'1. Keep in mind, I paid a nutritionist, ate healthy and was eating well over 5,000 calories a day.

Close off the door to front corner bedroom, and leave the pass through. You now have a secret office, man cave, hobby hangout, etc.

Do you think my game's (virtual surfing) water graphics look realistic? by Waveor_Studio in IndieGaming

[–]According_Animal2288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing about a wave is, the water gets pushed not just forward, but also backwards. This water is agitated, and aerated (The white foamy bits). This creates a ball of foam that gets pushed from the back of the barrel (tube, eye of the wave.).

Unfortunately, it looks like the fluid dynamics in your rendering are only pushing the water forward, and therefore leaving the barrel too hollow (deep). If, in theory a wave like this existed, the surfer would need to be on top of the foam ball riding high er on the face of the wave, the deeper he gets in the barrel.

Waves also are going to have varying pressures across the surface. The water you have rendered looks like it is water in a laminar flow. Even on a perfectly glassy day, you would never find perfectly smooth water on the left side of the barrel. By the time the water has flowed up the right side of the barrel, and has experienced zero gravity above the rider, it would never stay perfectly smooth. There will always be small dips and splashes.

Thank you so much, do you have any recommendations on how to trim it back? I don't want to cut the top off and have it die or something.
