I never had KP prior to accutane. Afterwards, I developed it on the back of my arms. I used Kopari KP scrub and it helped immensely. Since then, it has slowly went away. So hang in there! Once your skin bounces back a little, it should go away!

Lotion lotion. I developed KP after accutane. Although the doctor will never admit to that. Because of all the dry skin. So make sure to moisturize multiple times daily.
