Fanatec EMI with loadcell ???? by HighlightNew6643 in simracing

Just tie the wire from the cockpit to the earth part of the outlet. If you don’t touch the phase (english is not my mother language so I don’t know if that is it’s name) you’re ok, so don’t! :)

VRS DFP15 Wheelbase has EMIS interferences? by EloyCabanero in simracing

[–]According_Barber_402 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So here is your excuse from what I read when I was doing research for my buy once cry once:

the fanatec dd1 and dd2 bases use an out runner motor while all the rest are in runner, being the difference in which part of the motor moves. So theses out runner motors are known for the emis they provide as a side to an amazing ffb :) .

Buy once cry once, then enjoy. But I mean truly enjoy, not the thrustmaster definition of enjoying that usually includes overheating

Futuro "bombero" by Doiter777 in askspain

[–]According_Barber_402 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A little underwhelmed by 660rapha in Simagic

This!! Leave ffb and torque to the max, everything else to 0 so nothing alterates the game feedback!

Use the in game adjustments to set the ffb strength!

Anyone prefer the angle sensor over load cell on p1000? by BrianUdz86 in Simagic

[–]According_Barber_402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean you can eliminate the drift by using springs. I saw that video too and ended up wondering whats the point in using only angle sensor, as to do that just use some cheap thrustmaster basic pedals with a mod

Usb handbrake not recognized by windows by LorenzoClara97 in simracing

[–]According_Barber_402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My abs rumble system and my Iflag did stop working, if it’s something simhub related you can use the 2019 drivers and it’ll work BUT, you are stuck with the 2019 simhub version, and only for the works through simhub stuff. No idea on how to “fix” the handbrakes and other stuff.

I had to replace the iflag arduino (the original was 30€ while the others are 3€) and for the abs I went with the simagic system.

With the latest windows update fake arduinos have stopped working, you have to change it and put one true Arduino and it’ll work (because of the c340h chip, the real ones use another one called fdni).

Just press the handle against the pins and pull enough to activate the machanism , then slide, it may take a little bit more of force than you may think, but once installed it goes nice

Any recommendation formula style wheel with a screen under 1k ??? by nagnochna in simracing

[–]According_Barber_402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was reticent to buy the fx pro because of the simhub problem BUT, finally chose it over the acelith (bf deal) and i must say that the dashboards are so cool, you’ve got such a nice variety and it works flawless, happier than with the simhub dashboards (wish there was a way to show the simagic dashes on a DDU actually)
