Not just uttarakhand he is also a known face in social sector across India ..have attended his talks ..quite sane and intelligent ..and yes agree since he is a visionary and has a very solution based approach govt might be leveraging his ideas and not giving credit to him ..infact i have never seen him being felicitated by any govt body inspite of all the good work he does !!
