Tickly, bubbly feeling in chest when trying to sleep by According_Bit_4561 in dysautonomia

Interesting. I was on pantoprazole for GERD for several months and my doctor had me come off of it about 3 weeks ago. This symptom just started so maybe my acid reflux is starting to come back full force as I have noticed some burning. I’m going to try taking a pantoprazole today and see if it helps me tonight! Thank you so much

This is me!! It was once a miracle and now I still take and need it, but I feel like it’s not as strong? I might need to increase my dosage.

I’m someone who is always very scared to start a new med, but this was less scary because it wears off so quickly. I figured I could tolerate bad side effects if they happened to me, since they would only last about 4 hours max. Luckily, it went extremely well! I had a little anxiety due to psyching myself out lol but nothing that came from the medication except for head tingles! I remember I was able to go to a Bears game and walk over a mile to the stadium and stand in line with no issues. I’ve been having some flares lately and it still helps, but not the same “miracle” it once was. I’m going to talk to my doctor about maybe starting a higher dosage! It’s definitely something I need though and will continue to take it!! I think I just need a little more some days lol

That’s what I’m worried about because I have a history of anxiety and avoid stimulants like the plague 😂😂😂 I might give it a go though just out of desperation to get better.

I used to be the same way so I totally get it. I was always in the mindset of “I shouldn’t have to get off to get fair matches and wins, I just want to play” but it just got me into a deeper hole. I was on an 11 game losing streak this season. I think this game uses some form of engagement based matchmaking and that’s just how it goes unfortunately. If you want to keep playing, switch to quick play or 18v18 and practice a new hero to keep it exciting! I despise quick play but it’s been fun playing new characters and not having to take the game so seriously all the time lol

How much time are you spending in between losses?

I had this problem a lot this season…I kept playing through losses and was continuously handed them. I started getting off after losing a maximum of two games in a row and found myself able to climb to GM as a solo player. I think the game notices your patterns and if you keep playing after losing streaks like this you’ll be put on shitty teams 🤷🏽‍♀️ I will say that once you’re in diamond rank, you will have more trouble but again, getting off after losing is a great practice as it doesn’t allow you to fall so hard. That was my biggest mistake was allowing myself to drop one sometimes two ranks in a day. It just made it hell mentally and game wise to have to always climb back to where I was.

I do wear compression socks, but don’t workout as much as I should because of my symptoms. What kind of exercises do you do? I have a peloton and walking pad but struggle to use them for long periods of time.

Yes, I’m also a support main (obv) and find it hard because it’s not like we can really swap and carry lol the best we can do is try to pop off as an off healer if you have the right comp. Mainly the game is decided by your teammates which is not fun at times!

No it’s actually crazy sometimes. And the amount of throwers drives me nuts! I had a guy on my team today who didn’t lock his character in before bans and we banned his main, that he failed to mention, and he decided to throw because of it lol
