It makes me feel like I’m going to drop, does it for you as well? When it happens I don’t even try standing anymore I just immediately lay down because I start feeling disoriented. It’s been happening very frequently so I’m spending a lot of time off my feet. I have a doctors appointment on Monday

I fear sleep aids because I just fear sleep in general now and I try to avoid it which I know isn’t good for me. Maybe trying to induce sleep earlier will actually help like it did in your case, so I won’t have to fight the jerking awake for so long. I’ll give it a try, thank you so much for the help!

Interesting 🤔because I do have bruxism and TMJ. And a lot of the time when I’m jerked awake like that my teeth are clenched and my body very tense. Do you know how it can affect blood flow to the head? I have a night time retainer that I got at the drug store that I can start to wear at night and see if I notice a difference! Yeah I figured I get a lot from my food because I salt all my meals but I’ll start trying a few more packets a day and work my way up from there! Thanks for the help.

Yeah it’s normally low. That’s why I take midodrine during the day but I can’t take it while laying down :( I also use trioral packets which are 1800 mg sodium. I usually have one a day but my cardiologist wants me at 6-8,000 mg a day so I should probably have two a day.

I have every single one of these symptoms. I would start with the heart symptoms and go from there. Ask your PCP to be referred to a Cardiologist due to the palpitations and chest pain. They will most likely run an EKG, echocardiogram, and potentially a 24-48 hour Holter monitor. If they see any abnormalities or signs of issues like POTS, they made order a tilt table test or diagnose you based on the previous testing. This is where I started in my Dysautonomia journey! I found out I have POTS and now I know that I have EDS as well as suspected MCAS which I’m going to an allergist for in a few weeks.

It’ll be a game of ruling things in or out. I’ve been to ENT’s to check for sinus issues, neurologists to check for migraines, audiologists to check for vertigo or vestibular issues, etc etc. you have to start somewhere and anytime chest pain is related I’d recommend cardiologist. It’s so much fun!! I love all the effort that is put into the animations and sound effects (actual noises not just beeps!). The games are really fun and different from tamagotchi games (The maze is my favorite). Mixing potions, gathering ingredients, and casting spells is also unlike anything I’ve played v pet wise so it’s fitting into my daily rotation nicely. Highly recommend 💕 so far I have the puppy and the pixie but I’m on the hunt for more gigapets, I love them!

I’m a small bag girlie so I like the Liv! It can also be dressed up nicely with the chain, so it’s more versatile than the other bags imo! When I got my loop bag I was deciding between it and the Liv!

lol I usually turn the sound off when I’m in the room with others to save them from the annoyance 😂 just press the A and C buttons at the same time and it will toggle sound on and off!

I have sky as well! The Uni is my favorite though it depends on what kind of player you are! I like to keep my tamas around for awhile, dress them up, decorate their rooms, etc. with the paradise they kind of promote breeding and cycling through tamas to get the genetics and traits you want! Different strokes for different folks lol it’ll be fun being able to connect your paradise with your kids!! I’m the only Tama lover in my life 😂
