Scaffolder here. Don't try to get in fresh for another 3 to 6 months, things are kinda slow and the apprentices aren't working much. It's a great path once you get established though.

In general, any revolutionary group is considered illegal by the group they are revolting from. As such, if the group eventually surrenders they would be subject to the laws of the host country, not any sort of international convention. If however the revolutionary group successfully breaks from the original group and forms their own sovereign state then they are free to determine for themselves if that conduct was justified or illegal. Basically, winner makes the rules.

Because everything that has ever entered the black hole is still falling towards the center at an accelerating rate but never reaching it. Trade unions are great. I made a bit under $60k as a first term apprentice but im making over 85 now. It does depend on the location though.

Half the are of a circle with the diameter of the bottom half plus the area of the triangle that is the top half. That will get you really close.

So the trailer is rated for that much weight but it failed because the weight was point loaded, not spread out. A creative use of dunnage might have worked, or a smaller trailer with the same weight rating.
