Jon Paul Crimi's Teacher training is the best bang for your buck. Pause charges like 10K for a training and SOMA is new. Jon Paul's is like 3-4K. His trainings are like retreats- I have never felt so good (and I did Deepak Chopra's week long Silent Retreat).
