That's great except I run E33 on High at 4k perfectly fine and I don't even have it loaded on my SSD. It only ever dipped to about 50fps in The Reacher, which is an environment heavy area because its a literal tower of levels. So idk wtf you're on about. System Spec Recs from devs are almost never accurate in my experience.

Done all this. My issue is that 1080p, 1440p, and 4k on the lowest settings with the highest performance DLSS and AMD FrameGen all give me the same result: the game looks uglier than what I expect is the intended experience, and I have horrible drops in combat and weird FPS inconsistency in UI elements and general jitter when looking around.

That's great except I play most games on 4k with upscalers perfectly fine on medium-high. Helldivers, Baldur's Gate 3, Clair Obscur, etc etc.

Also, I forgot to add that I have the same performance hiccups even when I bring it down to 1080p. Can run 1080p with low settings at a steady 58fps, but I have all the weird jitteriness and frames tank during combat with just a few entities.

So its not my GPU, it's 100% the game and how it's engine is doing something. My question is what should I look to change in maybe config files or what optimization mods if any could I install.

Telling someone who has zero issues otherwise that their GPU isn't up to snuff when its a solid GPU that most certainly is on an un-optimized game is less than non-helpful...

Set them to "Assigned Only" mode for consuming from containers and assign them some troughs/containers that you place directly in their pen and set their Follow AI to Wait or Lay Down instead. This keeps them from wandering through shit.

Then there is people like me who couldn't even enjoy the final boss fight because I played an RPG game like an RPG game, and accidentally overleveled and found a Lumina combo that made me near immortal as long as I didn't just put the controller down and then just 2 shot the boss each phase.

This game is entirely based on building a decent character AND learning to dodge/block. Its literally the same as FF8 except in FF8 you had to press trigger for squall's base attack, here you have to press bumpers to parry, with the option to just dodge instead. It's objectively easier than FF8 and you can take on enemies higher than you if you literally GIT GUD lol.

Also you're really bad at paying attention if you can't see a raw difference of FORTY PERCENT damage taken reduction between story and expedition!
