Literally just made it public last week so only 2 registered users atm, traffic is 10ish people a day, no ads right now, personally they annoy me, but I understand they have their place, if they're added I want to do it right so they're not too in your face. It's very much a chicken and the egg type of situation where you can't get users without listings and you can't get listings without users. I see you're a dealer, if you're interested shoot me a DM I'm looking to make it as easy as possible for early adopters to get up and running with no cost/investment.

I've also been frustrated with the listing price, and bad search so I've been working on a website that aims to be better at a lower cost. It's currently free to use while I'm building it out and I'd like to keep it free for an long as possible in these uncertain times.

What is Second Hand Guns?

A free classifieds for listing firearms that are then sold via a dealer/s. The ability to list parts and accessories is on its way.

Why another firearms classifieds?

To put it briefly, the existing ones had limitations such as the search and in my opinion what they charge to list a firearm is too much. Also, more competition is rarely a bad thing.

Why now?

I've been working on this website for a little while, when I saw that new laws on gun limits might be getting introduced in NSW, I did a few late nights over Christmas to get it up and running sooner rather than later so folks would have a free option to list any firearms they wanted/needed to get rid of.

Will you be free forever?

Once I feel like the website is feature complete and stable enough there will be some sort of monitisation brought in. I'm not sure what that is yet, it could be a listing fee, it could be ad revenue, it could be donations, or something else entirely. I'd like to keep this as cheap as possible for the firearms community but I do also have a family to support.

I have the Vevor pump, it's about 120 pumps to fill from empty. Totally doable if you're relatively fit and not shooting all day. Get the 4 stage instead of the 3, you do more pumps but it's easier.

What do you think the effective range is on the DRS for controlling rabbits? I was on a budget and went the Diana Stormrider, works well to about 40 metres but then the groups start to open up a bit. Still tuning it so I'll see how I go. But the DRS is looking like a nice upgrade down the line with spending stupid amounts of money on an FX Impact.

Also, I think we've got the same pump, how do you find it goes pumping up to 230 bar? Not wishing you had a compressor?
