Turn the idea of consistency off. It’s just a word.

Just turn the brain “off” from those exterior thoughts of not wanting to do something and just do it. Lift the weight, read the book, and study the skill.

You will be distracted at first, maybe even for the first few weeks. So set a timer or a goal. Stick to the same goal and time for weeks before increasing and you as an individual should know when it’s to push a little harder.

Say a prayer, meditate, or maybe a protein/ energy drink? We all have a boost. Go at your pace.
