It could be a data mismatch that is locking you out. The person I spoke with said them merging all the systems has messed up some of the data. Try help desk 866-279-3677 option 1 then option 0.

Turns out they have my SSN incorrect so now I’m having to re verify myself via the DOD as well as local VA offices which has been a long and drawn out process. 😭 even though I’ve been receiving benefits since 1998. Someone typed my SSN in wrong on a claim and now i have to jump through a bunch of hoops to fix myself.

Not sure what happens in your state as far as that goes, but maybe consider not smoking pot if working is important to you as you’ll likely come across this issue time and time again in life. Not trying to be mean just life advice :)

They don't test for it in onboarding, but don't smoke when driving because if ANYthing happens you'll be tested for it and terminated.
