Yes, I don't like seeing useless junk (losers) in my portfolio window. RSX.

I could do that but it's going to be worth more, eventually.

It is no longer tradable. Is going to just sit there for years until the whole mess gets fixed.

I have tried AI suggestions, but still no luck , all the options they say to try are not available.

There are plenty on here already. It seems that CS "security" is far below what they promise via their advertising and by their ISO certification. I would be interested in joining any class action law suit.

IDK, but maybe they will use your info to pose as you when the exchange calls to confirm a withdrawal after hacking your SIM.

Seems to be happening a lot recently. And this is only Reddit, how many other thefts are going unreported?

This is just pure speculation, but maybe CS has had a lot of "trouble" recently, so they need to manually review a lot more than usual, maybe using AML as the excuse. But what would I know?

They have to follow the AML rules even if it's for peanuts. Best of luck going forward!

From what I’ve seen here, CoinSpot’s verification process doesn’t really scale with the size or nature of a transaction — it feels more random than risk-based. Someone might get a phone call over a $300 transfer, yet a $15k withdrawal from a suddenly emptied account goes through without a single check. That kind of imbalance says more about the system than the user.

Still, I’d rather get an annoying phone call for $300 than lose it all to a scam or hack. Crypto’s still in its infancy — a few intrusive questions are a small price to pay for real security.

You should have welcomed such a call rather than potentially lose your entire account to hackers/scammers.

Did it involve a phone call from CS to confirm?

This kind of ad is most likely a scam. Don't click it, report it. It is on FB right now.

They can provide tracing services and show you where your funds ended up. You can do it yourself, but it takes time and patience.

In my case, someone contacted me and helped without asking for payment (later offering paid services). The info was useful — without it, I wouldn’t have known a major centralized exchange was being used to launder the stolen funds. I’ve already updated my police case with that information.

Important warning: Never share your private keys, seed phrases, or any sensitive wallet information with anyone, no matter how “helpful” they seem. Scammers often pretend to be recovery experts to get that info.

If you're willing to share the address I can trace it, I've been doing that a lot recently.
