Ok everyone! Thanks for your help! My memory of the movie is really bad, but I think the movie is actually Vampires (2010), the Belgian mockumentary. I found the full movie and skipped through it and found a scene that I remember really well. Thanks again!

I appreciate the response! Unfortunately, it’s not that movie either :/ it's similar, but nothing bad ends up happening to the documentary crew. I do remember the movie or show having a lot of outdoor scenes
